Furniture, doors, windows and staircases fabricated to measure. Every joint drawn before it is cut, every weld dressed by hand.
Metal Studio is a fabrication workshop, not a reseller. Work starts with a site measure and a drawing, moves to our own cutting and welding bays, and ends with our fitters on site. Keeping every stage in-house is why tolerances hold and why a staircase arrives square.
In the workshop
From a single console table to a full building envelope of doors and windows.
Tables, shelving, beds and consoles welded from box section and plate, finished to furniture tolerance.
ViewEntrance, internal and glazed steel doors fabricated to the opening and hung on adjustable hinges.
ViewFixed, casement and pivot steel windows with slim sightlines, glazed and sealed in our workshop.
ViewStraight, spiral and cantilevered steel staircases — stringers, treads and balustrade as one assembly.
ViewBalcony, stair and terrace balustrades in steel, stainless and glass, with continuous handrails.
ViewDriveway gates, pedestrian gates, window grills and security screens, manual or automated.
ViewFour stages, each signed off with you before the next begins.
We visit the site, take dimensions ourselves, and talk through use, load and finish.
You receive a scaled drawing and a fixed, itemised quote. Nothing is cut until it is approved.
Cutting, welding, grinding and coating happen in our bays, where we can hold the tolerance.
Our own fitters set the work, check the operation of every hinge, and clear the site.
The things that separate fabricated steel from bought-in steel.
Openings are rarely square. We fabricate to the opening you have rather than packing out a stock size.
Every joint is ground back and blended, so a mitre reads as one continuous section.
Shot-blasted, primed and powder coated or galvanised — specified for where the work will actually sit.
The person who measured your opening is accountable for the piece that gets installed in it.
